What to do next:

An email has already been sent to you so please check your emails or junk mail (it may take a few minutes to arrive)
This email will confirm the date and time of our follow up session
If you booked an online follow up session this email will include the zoom link. So please make sure you have received this email. If you haven’t please let us know and we can resend it
NOTE: you may have to download zoom prior to our consult if you have not already used this program before to ensure we start on time (it’s really easy - just go to Zoom website to do so)

What to expect:

A friendly 24 hour email will be sent prior to our consultation
2 hour text reminder will also be sent
If online - at the time of on our session click on the zoom link in your email and it will open up the zoom page
If you would like to cancel or reschedule please check your reminder email with the link or alternatively you can contact us directly via email or message
If you have booked the 3 or 5 Follow Up Package use the original link to book future sessions. We recommend booking in your first training session within 2-3 weeks
